LOOK CLOSER BEFORE YOU CONCLUDE
Use one conventional deadlift set recorded at normal speed, with a fixed side view and the same visible plate.
Select the plate center. Inspect the candidate path, set a correction point when needed, and confirm the upward boundaries.
Align two reps at lift-off. Review their original frames and relative paths, then download a PNG card locally.
Upward-phase time from MP4 frame timestamps and the visible plate path in relative image units. A shorter phase or straighter path does not automatically mean better technique.
It does not provide absolute bar speed, injury predictions, technique scores or training prescriptions. The motion test uses generated shapes, not training footage. Read the processing method and known limitations before relying on a result.
